At United4Shoppers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s), we offer a 15-day return and refund policy, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Return and Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

Non-returnable items: Certain types of items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Any product that has been opened or used (unless defective).

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria (unused and in original condition). If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact our customer support team immediately at support@united4shoppers.com for instructions on how to return the item and receive a full refund or a replacement.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend processing a return for the original item and placing a new order for the replacement.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@united4shoppers.com. Once your order has been shipped, it is subject to our regular return policy.
7. Final Sale Items
Certain products may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.
